KYC Voice Process

Know your customer (KYC) is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients.

It is a process by which banks obtain information about the identity and address of the customers. This process helps to ensure that banks’ services are not misused. As per the RBI Guidelines, all wallet users their Wallet verified by getting their eKYC.

Work : To verify user details, collect documents & submit on server.

Verification - Steps
  • The operator logins in to the application with his Agent ID.
  • Verify Mobile number of the Customer.
  • eKYC to be done using Aadhaar number of the customer
  • Take consent of the customer to use access his information from UIDAI
  • Customer’s eKYC details retrieved from CIDR
  • Consent of the customer uploaded
  • The eKYC information of the from Customer saved.

  • Printed KYC forms (75 GSM paper) to be filled by each customer (format to be provided by us)
  • 5 inches Android Smartphone with OTG/USB host feature.
