TATA Docomo Customer Support Process

Work : To provide customer support. Incoming Calls will be received from existing customers.

Seats Required : 20 callers + 2 Technical head

Payout : Rs.8 Per call

Average Daily Calls : 800-1000

Project Operations : 24 Hours ( 20 seats in Morning & 10 seats in Night )

Payment Channels: Bank Transfer

Payment Frequency : Monthly

Equal Ratio Of Male / Female Telephonic Executives.

Must Have Professional Approach / Call Handling Skills, In Line With The Agreed Call Handling Time.

Invoices Has To Be Raised And Sent On The 10th Day Of Every Month.

Upfront / Security fee : INR 4,00,000 ( Refundable )

Onsite Training : Charges Applicable.

Consultancy Charges : INR 80,000

Royalty : 10% (every billing)

Rs.50,000 to be given in advance for booking the slot and getting the start selection procedure.

Company Profile & Required Documents To Be Emailed For Validation.

Service Level Agreement Will Be Sent For Acceptance And Signatures.

SLA / INVOICE Has To Be Signed And Honored Simultaneously.

Center Visit For Technical Assessment / Onsite Training Will Be Scheduled.

Agreement (After this only Center would be confirmed for Sign up)

Basic Requirements :

Center must be at least 2 year Old with Dot and ISO and a Pvt Ltd..

Company registered under the Indian Company Law of 1956.

Center should Submit Required Docs in Hard & soft copy with Director/Chairman's Id & Address Proof.

Sign up Procedure :

1.Send Company Profile along with experience certification+DoT+ISO+Balance sheet of Last Year+ ROI.

2 .Once Approved Center will get a Official mail from Incredible India announcing the date and Venue of Sign up.

Documents/Certifications Required:

( 1 ) Company Profile with 16 Photographs of Centers infrastructure.
( 2 ) Last 1-2 years Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement.
( 3 ) Details of any 1 previous inbound projects handled.
( 4 ) DOT Licenses (Domestic & International).
( 5 ) STPI Registration.
